When and how can I cancel an order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order you are able to cancel it by calling our customer services at +91 9773389800 Mon-Sat (11am – 6pm) or emailing us at order@RevajGifts.com, provided that the order has not been shipped. After 24 hours we will not be able to cancel your order. Once you have cancelled, we can extend 100% store credit that can be used for future orders or we can refund, what ever you prefer. Please note refund processing charges of 5% will apply. The refunds can take up to 4-5 business days to reflect in your account.

How long will it take to get a refund?
You should receive your refund within 10 business days. *Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the handling charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Can I get a replacement for my product?
RevajGifts.com offers easy replacement only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
RevajGifts.com reserves the right to offer you any one the below mentioned options:
Send a replacement product once the customer returns the damaged product/products Refund the amount only in the case where RevajGifts.com cannot offer a replacement.
The refund will be issued as store credit or NEFT which will not include the handling charges and taxes * RevajGifts.com, in its sole discretion, will determine the usage of the given options.
What do I do if the product I received is damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery?
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (Customer Service Department by phone or email only) within 24 hrs of receipt of the items.
You must return the products to us within 10 days after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
Applicability of Replacement Policy:
RevajGifts.com will accept Replacement or Exchange only if the following conditions are met:
Replacement request should be initiated within 24 hrs of order delivery. Customer should inform us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied within 24 hrs of order delivery. A photograph of the product along with the packaging should be emailed to order@RevajGifts..com within 48 hrs of order delivery. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. The package should be returned within 15 days from initiation. The tags on the product should be intact. The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition
How can I return items?
We receive returned goods only through approved carrier service providers and you cannot return the goods in person physically to the Returns Department.

How long do I have to return an item?
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. The package should be returned within 10 days from initiation of replacement request.
Reimbursement of shipping charges for returns
The courier charge will be refunded only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied items. To claim refund for the courier charges please follow the below steps:

RevajGifts.com will notify you when we’ve received your return package. The courier charge will be refunded only once we receive the package and the same has gone successfully through our quality check.
Can I cancel the order if there is a delay in delivery?
If you experience an abnormal delay of additional two weeks from the committed delivery day ( as mentioned on the product description page) , then you may choose to cancel the order for claiming a full refund. The two way carrier service and handling charges will be deducted from your card payment, and the balance shall either be refunded or given as a store credit at the sole discretion of RevajGifts.com.
*Please note that the above condition will not apply to delivery delayed due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters and political unrest.
What products, services and scenarios are not covered under the Replacement policy?
Applicability of the “Replacement Policy” do not apply to the below products, services and scenarios:
Perishable items such as flowers, plants, fruit baskets and other consumable items Custom made or personalised items Hygiene related items namely lingerie and earrings Elctronic items like Watches and other s electronic items & appliances Perfume, Gratify. Any products with a seal where the seal is broken. Any consumable item which has been used or installed Replacement request is made outside the specified time frame. Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for exchange/replacement as individual items.
